授業の概要
Using text:-ECO-EARTH and the ENVIRONMENT by J.S.Lander (Asahi Press). Topics are introduced briefly in print. Supported with key words, three types of exercises, vocabulary check and related further reading. The video brings the topic to life by watching and listening. CD material will be available on "Blackboard". Hopefully discussion will begin to flow as vocabulary put to memory.

Purpose:- To use spoken English in the study of Environmental Science. Assisted by printed text, CD listening, watching and hearing short video clips and discussing the issues in class.

成績評価方法
Perfect attendance is expected. The video sections cannot be repeated. GRADES are calculated on six criteria:- Attendance / keeping notebooks / active participation / incidental tests / written reports and final exams.
