授業の概要
This course, conducted in English, will help prepare students to speak effectively in a variety of situations. The focus will be on 3 individual short speeches and a pair presentation. Students will also have an opportunity to debate a topic of their choice.
到達目標
Goals of this course are to learn various aspects of effective public speaking: the voice, body language, visual aids, and organization of ideas. A relaxed and supportive class atmosphere will be encouraged. We will give each other feedback, and everyone will have an opportunity to review their work on video.
