To encourage English communication between students,in the conntext of their major.

授業を受けるにあたって

第1回目
Introduction to the course.Outline of requirements.Process of grading.Developing self-introductions.

第2回目
Discussion.

第3回目
The students will divide into groups of 2,3 or 4 choosing different people each week.All groups will have the same one-page story that will be read by one member.The others will re-tell the story with the help of a page of prompters.A list of alternative vocabulary will be provided to encourage students to display their understanding of the material.We aim to cover ten stories in each semester.Note:30 minutes homework will be required for each 50 minute class.
