授業の概要

現在，組織形態としてのチ－ムが注目を浴びている．本講義ではWork Teamsに着目し，主として社会心理学の視点から考察する．

到達目標	経営活動におけるチ－ムの重要性を理解するとともに，チ－ムをマネジメントするための基礎的な視点形成を習得させたい．
