授業の概要

The course will give you an overview of language planning and policy and their influence on our daily life. After a brief introduction on key concepts, we will discuss various issues described in the textbook by assigning each student to give a brief presentation in which s/he relates the discussion in the textbook to the situation in Japan. The course will be conducted in English.
